دندان فینکس بر پایه ماتریس یورتان که شامل انواع و اندازه های مختلف پُرکننده ها و همچنین خوشه پلی متیل مت آکریلات است ساخته میشود در ترکیب شیمیایی اندازه ذرات، شکل و غلظت پُرکننده ها اثر قابل توجهی بر خواصکامپوزیت FNF دارند.

این فیلرها خاصیت چند وجهی دارند و بر استحکام تاثیر داشته و ثبات رنگ را افزایش می دهند.

توضیحات

The ceramic and acrylic materials are mainly used for making of teeth for many years. Making of teeth was changed by outburst of dental composite. They gained resistant to abrasion which is appropriate for dentures and don’t hurt patients.

PMMA acrylic teeth are appropriate in terms of color and adhesive but they are rubbed quickly, so outburst of new generation composite material such as Nano-hybrid teeth and filler suffuse intervals of polymers and resins molecular reticulum led to a much improved resistance to teeth.

Nano hybrid teeth have highly resistant against solvents and water absorption that is less than acrylic teeth. Absorbing pigments and food by Nano hybrid can be caused offense on the surface of teeth is significantly less.

Nano- hybrid filler is a new generation of dental materials.

Finex Teeth is based on Urethane Matrix containing different types and sizes of fillers as well as a cluster of polymethyl methacrylate. The size, shape and concentration of the fillers’ particles have a significant effect on the properties ofFNF composite.

These fillers have property of polygonal which impact strength and will increase color stability.
