دندان امرال

امرال 4 لایه و دارای 2 لایه سخت از جنس نانو کامپوزیت می باشد ، از لحاظ سختی نسبت به دندانهای اکریلیکی  2/3 تا 3 برابر مقاومتر می باشد.

از سایر ویژگیهای این محصول ، درخشندگی بالا و چسبندگی استاندارد با دنچر و همچنین فرمهای آناتومیکی طبیعی ورنگها ی طبیعی دندانهاست.

این محصول مدت 4 سال است که در حال توزیع می باشد و نتیجه ای که مطابق با نظر سنجی ها حاصل گردیده بسیار رضایت بخش بوده و کیفیت محصول از طرف دندانپزشکان تصدیق شده و درحال حاضر بسیاری ازدانشکده های دندانپزشکی برای ارائه پروتز کامل از دندان امرال استفاده می کنند.

بخشی از آزمایشاتی که شرکت بتا دنت بطور مرتب آنها راانجام میدهد مطابق آزمونهای موسسه استاندارد می باشد که دستورالعمل اجرایی آن بر اساس استاندارد بین المللی ISO 22112 است.

شامل : آزمایش ابعاد دندان، رنگ و ترکیب رنگ آمیزی،عاری بودن از تخلخل، پرداخت سطح، چسبندگی به دنچر، ثبات رنگ، مقاومت به ساییدگی و ترک پذیری، ثبات ابعاد،بسته بندی و نشانه گذاری.

دندان امرال شامل 16 سایز Anterior Upper در فرم های Square/Oval/Triangular و در سه پایه رنگی A/B/C ارائه می گردد.

Anterior Lower در 8 سایز که تناسب جفت شدگی در  Mould Chart مشخص گردیده Posterior Upper & Posterior Lower در 3 مدل جفت شدگی از لحاظ اکلوژن طراحی گردیدهAnterior Upper  در 8 سایز متناسب با اندازه دندان های Normal/ bite / Over bite / Cross bite در جدول Mould Chart شرکت مشخص و ارائه ه می گردد.

The product is being distributed during 4 years. According to the polls, the results were very satisfactory. The quality of product was confirmed by dentists. Now, many of the dental schools use them for making complete denture.

Some of the tests that the company performs regularly are correspond to Standards Institute tests and their administrative guidelines are based on international standards ISO 2211.

The tests Including examination of teeth, color and the color combination, porousnessless, surface finish, denture adhesive, color stability, high resistance to wear and cracking, dimensional stability, package and marking.

Anterior Upper Emerald teeth are supplied 16 sizes in the forms of Square / Oval / Triangular and three colors A / B / C.

The eight sizes of Anterior Lower are offered; the occlusion is shown on the Mould Chart.

Posterior Upper & Posterior Lower have been identified in 3 models of occlusion
